This softbound book edited by Philip Smith contains thirteen legends that have been handed down over the years by several of the Native American tribes.  Legends include How Glooskap Conquered the Great Bull-Frog, The Ants That Pushed on the Sky, The Daughter of the Sun, and The Friendly Skeleton.  The book is published by Dover Publications, contains 90 pages including illustrations, and measures about 5” by 8”.
