The Native Nations of North America series is represented again with these two volumes by Bobbie Kalman.  Both books explore the life and relationships between the native nations in their respective areas.  The eastern Great Lakes region covers the areas around Lake Ontario, Lake Erie and to the east of Lake Huron while the western Great lakes region covers the areas to the west of Lake Huron, Lake Michigan, and Lake Superior.  Both books are softbound and measure about 8.5” by 11” containing about 30 pages and are at guided reading level R.
